About Breathwork

The magic of breathwork is that we use the breath as a bridge between the conscious and unconscious mind. 

The breath is a portal to your inner world, guiding you home to your truth.

Breath sessions include warm up breathing and about 40 minutes of active breathing, accompanied by music, slowly climbing to a peak.
