About Holly
I like to use the Handless Maiden fairytale as a way to describe what I have found doing breathwork. In the fairytale, the maiden learns that by being faithful to herself, she can become whole: not because of what she does but by living in her truth.
Even as a poet, a teacher, and a yogi, I struggled to learn this lesson. I longed to live deeper and to show up more authentically. it is a hard and often terrifying thing to do.

With breathwork, we do active breathing to build inner awareness, which allows us to live in our truth.
If you are struggling with stress, anxiety, overwork, or blocked creativity, if you are feeling a lack of purpose or caught in the blame, shame and divisiveness cycle, I invite you to try coming home to your breath.

My work is trauma-informed and based in Polyvagal Theory. We can work one-on-one to strengthen connection and regulation between the body and the mind and use the breath as the bridge into inner awareness.

My group classes, whether in-person or on Zoom, are a combination of music and guided prompts that help you find radical honesty with yourself, using the breath to connect and attune your nervous system with your dreams.
